BREAKING: Major Insurance Vendor Discontinues Coverage to PMB Fake SD “Residents” – By: Jessica Pollema

As you may have gathered by now, the voter registration issue is our top priority. We’ve shared in many an article evidence of perjured voter registration forms associated with the many mail forwarding services in South Dakota.

South Dakota has tens of thousands of unverified voters on the rolls, and potentially tens of thousands of voters processed despite submitting false or incomplete information on voter registration forms, signed under penalty of perjury.

This has a massive impact on our elections but we’ll get back to that in a bit.

We had a tip from a very credible source that a major insurance vendor had begun sending out letters to the fake “residents” of South Dakota claiming a PMB (personal mail box) as their residence that they WILL NOT BE INSURING THEM ANYMORE as they FAIL TO PROVIDE A VERIFIABLE SOUTH DAKOTA RESIDENCE.

YEP, YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT. These PMB’ers fail to provide a physical residence location INSIDE THE BORDERS OF SOUTH DAKOTA.

Sounds a bit like what we’ve been saying for years doesn’t it? We have confirmed with State Farm of South Dakota that they are “cracking down” on the people that don’t live here as it is detrimentally affecting the bottom $$$$ line for the insurance vendor. The PMB people taking advantage of South Dakota’s lower tax and registration rates are driving their vehicles in areas that are at a way higher risk than driving in rural South Dakota. That is affecting our insurance rates. Driving in Phoenix is not the same as driving in Brandon, SD for example.

Per the insurance vendor, these people also permanently keep their RV or vehicle in say Florida, Texas, or Alabama where they may have been destroyed by hurricanes. There are many other factors that go into this but you get the idea. And who is suffering the adverse effects of those claiming South Dakota as their home when they DON’T LIVE HERE? We are! Who’s insurance rates all go up collectively because of it? Ours do!

Insurance and voting are only a couple of areas that have been impacted by these issues. Money laundering, health insurance fraud, trusts, fictitious mortgages, human trafficking have all been tied into a huge transnational network of corruption. Listen to this video below posted this week by a Sheriff in Tennessee.

Our group filed a complaint with Sheriff Mike Milstead on August 12th, 2024. We provided evidence of thousands of perjured voter registration forms, and evidence of what appears to be a fictitious voter registration solicitation scheme at Your Best Address, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Upon recognizing the potential perjury, Sheriff Milstead said “What do you want us to do, arrest 10,000 people?” To which we replied, if they committed perjury, YES! Kind of sounds like the now infamous Kristi Noem quote “Do you want me to fight all your battles for you?”

You may remember the primary election challenge of the absentee ballots cast by unverifiable voters who perjured their voter registration forms. And you may remember that Minnehaha Deputy State’s Attorney Eric Bogue stepped outside his legal authority, unilaterally overturned the precinct board’s LEGAL decision to reject the ballots, and unilaterally injected them back into the vote count by presenting them to the recount board and instructing them to add them to the count. Well, here is the hamster wheel we are on. The Sheriff investigates the crime reported, but the results of the investigation are then referred to the State’s Attorney for them to determine if they want to prosecute. See the problem?

Since then, we’ve been told the Sheriff and the State’s Attorney are unwilling to prosecute the fraud in Minnehaha County.

We alerted the FBI and the U.S. District Attorney Allison Ramsdel. The FBI said they were conferring with the DOJ and would let us know. Crickets.

We filed a Writ of Mandamus with the Supreme Court of South Dakota. Denied.

We have a sworn, notarized affidavit of a potential customer being advised by Your Best Address to list “APARTMENT NUMBER” instead of PMB to make it “look like” they live there. Why would they do that unless they know it’s fraud and perjury to claim they live in a PMB in a commercial district?

We have documented evidence from public records showing William Davis Linsenmeyer, owner of Your Best Address, appears to be allowing his customers, to use HIS personal residence as THEIR personal residence to register to vote. This must be his solution to customers whose inaccurate and incomplete voter registrations are sent back requesting a physical residence.

It’s getting pretty cozy in Bill Linsenmeyer’s personal residence.

We received this email sent out to all the customers of Your Best Address by Bill Linsenmeyer. What is he up to? Is he colluding with Joe Kippley to attempt to sue the Minnehaha County Auditor for doing her job? Just so Joe, Bill, the lobbyists and the ACLU know, we do hope you sue Minnehaha because we are waiting to countersue with our massive trove of compiled evidence that the South Dakota judicial system and law enforcement do not want out in the public. We welcome the opportunity for discovery.

You can watch this week’s segment with Brannon Howse with lots more details, by clicking on the photo below.

The UOCAVA loophole is discussed, and the democrat’s (uniparty) plan to “win” 9 million overseas votes, when the U.S. Gov’t says we only have 2.8 million overseas citizens! How is that possible? You can find the article on the UOCAVA issue discussed in the interview HERE.

The Minnehaha County State’s Attorney’s office has advised the Auditor to process any of these OBVIOUSLY perjured voter registration forms, even with knowledge that they are materially false on their face. That does not sound like very sound legal advice. It’s akin to a bank president telling a bank teller to cash checks or dollar bills that are obviously counterfeit. Who does that? Only those benefitting from the fraud.

This week, Secretary of State Monae Johnson advised all the auditors in the state to process all voter registrations regardless of how impossible they appear and claims it’s NOT THEIR JOB to verify voter registrations. That could not be further from the truth as all Federal and State election law require the voter to be verified by a physical residence so they can be placed in the voting precinct in which they reside.

If the County Auditor and the Secretary of State are not guarding our voter rolls, who is? We’ve got news for you folks. This most crucial election is at serious risk!!

The Federal Election code provides penalties for soliciting or submitting false voter registrations.

52 U.S. Code § 10307 – Prohibited acts

(c)False information in registering or voting; penalties

Whoever knowingly or willfully gives false information as to his name, address or period of residence in the voting district for the purpose of establishing his eligibility to register or vote, or conspires with another individual for the purpose of encouraging his false registration to vote or illegal voting, or pays or offers to pay or accepts payment either for registration to vote or for voting shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

52 U.S. Code §20511. Criminal penalties

A person, including an election official, who in any election for Federal office-

(2) knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by-

(A) the procurement or submission of voter registration applications that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held; or

(B) the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held,

shall be fined in accordance with title 18 (which fines shall be paid into the general fund of the Treasury, miscellaneous receipts (pursuant to section 3302 of title 31), notwithstanding any other law), or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

To the auditors of the state, particularly in Minnehaha, Lawrence, Pennington, Lincoln, and Hanson:

You swore an oath to the Constitution, not the political elites or the incompetent and ignorant Secretary of State.

We are documenting everything.

Are you willing to be imprisoned for your actions?
