I know many of you reading this were tuned in on Monday and saw the stunning and courageous testimony from Clay Parikh and Ben Cotton in the case of Dekalb County Republican Party v. Raffensperger.

Even I was shocked by what I saw, and I knew what to expect. I am honored to know many of the people involved, and reported on the case beforehand here, opined about it here, and tweeted about it here.
But what I didn’t expect was how shocking the testimony would be in real time, and how devastatingly weak the Secretary of State’s defense was. I actually felt a little sorry for the attorneys tasked with defending Raffensperger – but as you no doubt realize – they could prevail anyway!
Regardless, I am grateful to each and every one of you who helped get eyes on that hearing, from around the country, rather than allowing it to fly under the radar unnoticed. At the time I write this, thanks to you, that initial post has been viewed over 950,000 times, and YouTube shows nearly 16,000 views of Judge McAfee’s hearing.
I think most of you who witnessed that expert testimony will agree with me that you cannot unsee what you saw any more than I can. And no matter what the outcome of that case is, our nation shouldn’t either. There is no putting that toothpaste back in the tube.
So what now?
Like me, you have probably noticed the deafening silence of the major media outlets on the very legitimate issues we saw presented.
They are failing the American people by ignoring the shocking security issues that recognized experts are seeing in the voting machines that were in use in many states in the 2020 general election, and millions of Americans are about to go vote on yet again in the 2024 general election.
I don’t think the major news media outlets are going to report honestly on these issues – either for partisan reasons, or because they’re just straight up afraid of Dominion.
And candidly, I can’t even fault them too much for being afraid of Dominion, because I am too. I realize as I sit here and write this, that I may be crafting yet another exhibit that could one day be used against me in a courtroom. Lawfare is usually less about getting to the truth, and more about exploiting our courts to bully, harass, punish, or ruin people.
But how jacked up is it that a voting machine company with a creepy name like “Dominion” has become so powerful that even our major media outlets are afraid of them? How the hell did that even happen? I grew up reading dystopian sci-fi, but even it didn’t prepare me for something like that.
The reality is WE sometimes have to do the job the big media outlets won’t do, or it just won’t get done. There are hundreds of millions of Americans out there who didn’t see what you saw, and don’t know what you know – and there are some very powerful people in the mix who would prefer to keep things exactly the way they are.
So WE have to get the word out. WE have to demand change. WE have to do what we need to do to ensure that our votes are properly cast, and properly counted.
It’s on each and every one of us to do that job. So WHAT if we’re afraid of Dominion? What are they going to do – come after all of us?
This is bigger than them, bigger than this particular case, and bigger than any one of us.
So let’s revisit, remember, and take courage from these words – and the sacrifices made by our founding fathers when they created this country and then handed its government over to its people:
