With less than a week to go, the goblins are coming out from the shadows stuffing money into Amendment H to help push California style elections in South Dakota.

Are you aware of all the dark money flowing into our state intending to enshrine California style jungle primaries into our Constitution?

Did you know that polling shows Amendment H losing because South Dakota Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians and Independents don’t want jungle primaries. Of course, the polling is of actual people who live here; we will see where the mail forwarding and UOCAVA non-verified, non-bona-fide resident vote puts us. For every vote coming from NY, CO, or CA, we need to offset with five legitimate votes. Get everyone you know to the polls on November 5.

The Dakota Scout reports:

Polling, however, shows that South Dakota Open Primaries still has a sizable hill to climb with less than a week to go until Election Day. Two recent polls conducted by local media outlets show them down anywhere from eight to 15 percentage points.

So then,

Who Is Really Behind Amendment H?

What is Amendment H

Dark money continues to roll in for Amendment H.

The latest out-of-state group at the table is called Article IV. It is based out of Virginia.

Article IV had revenues of almost 11 million in 2022. The Executive Director is a former Goldman Sachs executive who appears to have a history of supporting fringe candidates and causes.

The South Dakota Secretary of State filings suggest that a large amount of the Amendment H donations are going to consulting fees. Who is getting paid? And what are they getting paid to do?

Also, there are two in-state corporations that have donated as well. That is particularly strange because this is an issue about elections. Why would Premier Bank or Sanford (Denny Sanford, $25,000 through First Premier Bank) or Avera Health ($25,000) care about the election structure in South Dakota? Will these companies will be pressuring their employees to vote one way or another?

I’m feeling deceived. And when I feel deceived, I vote no.

And now that all the out of state, dark money funded false advertising is failing, South Dakota big business and big health systems jump in. How does open primaries help further the mission of a “Christian” health care system exactly?

Around the same time, Bloomberg’s Data Alliance Mayor Ten Haken comes out on fakebook supporting Amendment H. In his online plea, he claims Independents and NPA’s can’t vote in the current primary system. That is false information, not true, but utterly false. Independents and NPA’s can vote a democrat ballot in the primary or choose to register as a Republican to vote a Republican ticket. You may also remember Mayor Ten Haken’s public mask shaming and v@ccine pushing on fakebook during C@vid. Why is Mayor Ten Haken supporting California style elections here? Do your research.

South Dakota Open Primaries, led by longtime political activists Joe Kirby and De Knudson, have enjoyed support from a broad base of financial backers. First Premier Bank – whose leadership includes power players like T. Denny Sanford and Dana Dykhouse – sent $25,000 to support the group’s efforts. They’ve also garnered endorsements and financial support from a bipartisan group of state lawmakers, allowing them to raise more than $600,000. That puts them far ahead of “Vote No on H,” which has raised about $86,000.

Despite the onslaught of propaganda, false advertising, misleading social media posts, and massive amounts of money, Amendment H is losing the information war. Local South Dakota patriots took up the mantle of defending our state from outside influences that would change our state for the worse, no doubt. They have coordinated a campaign, scrapped together funds, logos, websites, signage, and social media channels. They’ve put out biweekly mailing list updates despite being censored and de-platformed, are out gunned and out manned and are STILL WINNING.
