Fake News and Narrative Seeding – Are 85,000 fake ballots in play for SD? By: Jessica Pollema

Earlier this week, Dakota Fake News Now posted an article claiming South Dakota had 175,000 in-person and by-mail absentee ballots returned as of October 28th, while simultaneously reporting Minnehaha County received 21,000 absentee ballots as of Oct 28.

Right away the math appeared off. Minnehaha County typically carries around 25% of the vote. Midwest Swamp Watch purchased the statewide absentee file which showed 89,606 ballots returned as of that date, which is pretty consistent with Minnehaha’s 21,000 ballots being around 23% of that number.

So we wanted to know where Dakota Fake News Now was getting 175,000 from? This wouldn’t be election disinformation now would it?

The writer of the piece is Grant Green. We sent Grant Green an email requesting the source of his inflated numbers, stating his numbers were incorrect, and requesting a correction of the false information printed in the article. The sdsos.gov site was reporting 97,333 received as of Oct 25th on Tuesday, Oct 29.

It is interesting to note that our purchased statewide absentee file received on Oct 28, with last entries dated Oct 27, shows 7,727 less ballots received than the SOS claims to have received as of Oct 25. 97,333 – 89,606 = 7,727 Maybe that is just a “glitch”.

Here was Mr. Green’s response:

So we visited the source of Mr. Green’s data found HERE.

He’s not so sure Leah Anderson’s numbers are right but he’s confident in NBC fake news?

Interestingly, we also checked Minnesota’s numbers, and as of that date were inflated by about 400,000 compared to actual.

We gave Mr. Green a day to correct his article with false information in it, and after seeing no change, we called the station manager at Dakota Fake News Now. We informed the manager of the false information and Mr. Green’s failure to take corrective action. The manager claimed Mr. Green was busy working on other assignments and might not have time to fix his article. We suggested Mr. Green not continue to publish pieces until they are “fact-checked” for fake news and that his article be corrected immediately. Publishing false information in today’s election environment is reckless and dangerous, right? Just ask Merrick Garland or Jen Easterly.

Shortly after that phone call, the article was rectified and Mr. Green listed exactly where he sourced his fake statistics.

NBC’s Decision 2024 page is using data from TargetSmart. From TargetSmart’s webpage:

These people are Democrat operatives.

So Democrat operatives claiming to use data to help elect “progressive leaders’ have posted inflated absentee numbers on their official NBC Decision 2024 webpage as facts.

Are these fictitious numbers narrative seeding for the magic that happens in the cloud on election night to make the steal believable? Are there 85,000 fake ballots in play in South Dakota? Sure seems to be per NBC’s Democrat Operative sourced fake numbers.

Intense exposure on several mainline right broadcasts, like appearances with Sean Spicer and Jesse Kelly, plus an interview on Dr. Steve Turley’s 1.2 million followers and counting YouTube channel, has brought many new followers here to this journal. In the event you’re one of those new followers, one reason you may not have heard of me until now is because I don’t come with much of a filter when it comes to discussing the state of elections in this country. I’m the guy that gets invited to headline a Lincoln-Reagan dinner, only for the legacy GOP bigwigs to opt for a date night with the missus or for the party to be pelted with shame letters written to the editor by old white liberals who are detached from the problems facing those who work for a living and wish to preserve…
