The Method to Trump’s “Madness” – The most consequential presidency in over 100 years. By: Stuart J. Cvrk

Sampling the commentary on MSNBC and CNN these days is hilarious political theater. The talking heads and the Democrat operatives who infest those two networks have alternated between crying in their beer over President-elect Trump’s sweeping national popular vote victory and caterwauling about the supposed impending destruction of democracy and their cherished administrative state that will be carried out by the “fascist Trump” and his hatchet men beginning on Inauguration Day, 20 January 2025. [Note: isn’t it humorous that the words “nazi” and “Hitler” that were so freely applied to Trump by the Democrat-media complex during the campaign have magically disappeared from their lingo now that Trump won his mandate from the people?]

Gallons of tears have been shed, and tens of thousands of absurd claims about impending doom have been made by the Democrat-media complex since Election Day, but ironically, CNN and MSNBC viewership has tanked because their incessant lying throughout the campaign has been exposed. What fools actually believe what they say anymore? However, that hasn’t stopped leftist organizations like the ACLU from feverishly running beg-a-thon commercials on MSNBC and elsewhere to raise money (grift) to “resist the madman and his mindless followers.” Yeah, that’ll work! Keep those insults coming! The Democrats are even talking about running a “shadow cabinet” like the Brits do to “counter Trump.” If anything, President Trump has driven these people insane.

Yes, THEY are the crazy people, not Trump. For the president-elect has a crystal-clear method to what the Democrat-media complex claim as madness – and it centers around restoring the federal government to the people by drastically shrinking the administrative state and returning to the US Constitution and rule of law as guiding principles along with severe administering severe accountability to those who violated their oaths and the trust of the people.

After all, he’s been telling us what he wants to do for eight years, especially during his 2024 campaign. This is the principal reason why his first presidency was undermined from the very beginning: those benefitting from the existing corrupt system understood the dire threat Trump posed to the institutionalized grifting of political class insiders and their hangers-on in the media, academia, and think tanks.

And Trump’s selection of his cabinet/team has shocked the Democrats and delighted those who voted for him. Many of his nominees have personally been attacked/investigated/prosecuted by federal agencies weaponized against them for political reasons by the Biden regime. Trump’s selection of them is a clear signal that he really does mean business – and that the administrative state will be systematically dismantled, and those who have violated the law and the constitutional rights of Americans will be held to account. Which is why the Democrats and their allies are in full-blown panic mode.

Let’s examine how the administrative state got its start and what may be in store during the second Trump administration.

THE CULPRIT BEHIND THE ADMINISTRATIVE STATE

Blame for the leviathan rests squarely with Woodrow Wilson (28th US president: 1913-1920). Wilson was a progressive idealist who had a profound impact on domestic policy and the role of the federal government in solving perceived societal problems of the day. Progressivism was a reform movement in the US that started as a popular effort to eliminate waste, corruption and inefficiencies in American society, and was an early expression of today’s progressive “social justice” movement. The early Progressives’ goals were oriented toward better worker compensation, improved child labor laws, minimum wage legislation, a cap on maximum hours worked, and women’s suffrage.

These were reasonable objectives at the time, except that the Progressives were also influenced by Marxist theory because they were also in favor of a graduated income tax and the notion that a “positive government” could fix ALL of the problems in society. They, like all proto-socialists and later communists, failed to take human nature into account in that “good government” was just as easily corrupted and heavy-handed as any other large-scale human enterprise.

Progressives during Wilson’s presidency ultimately were pushing for the pervasive government that we have today – with the end results being over-taxed people, over-regulated businesses and individuals, and an opaque, corrupt, and unresponsive bureaucracy that writes its own rules (and maintains double standards) without accountability to the people. In short, the anti-American aspects of the Deep State against which Trump has spoken for eight years.

Wilson’s first major act as president was to lower tariffs in favor of a federal income tax. The income tax was needed to fund “good government.” This act alone set the table for all of the growth of the federal government over the last 100 years. It made it possible to fund FDR’s New Deal and all the other failed federal government programs over the years, including Truman’s “Fair Deal,” LBJ’s “Great Society” and “War on Poverty,” Obamacare, and Biden’s “Inflation Reduction Act” (which contains the Green New Scam).

As an advocate for the League of Nations, the forerunner of the United Nations, Wison was a direct ancestor of the UN’s Marxist-inspired Agenda 21 for “sustainable development” and ultimately the Democrats’ green new scam.

Wilson was also a proponent of the Federal Reserve. He signed the Federal Reserve Act in December 1913, as a result of three years of discussion and debate over the development of a US central bank. And the dollar and monetary policy have been manipulated by the political class ever since.

Wilson’s progressive political philosophy and actions directly led to the growth of the administrative state and federal control of fiscal and monetary policies that we’ve come to know and hate over the decades. He made the actions of the FDR, LBJ, Nixon (a Republican progressive who established the EPA), Clinton, Obama, and Biden presidencies that greatly expanded the administrative state possible – and virtually inevitable – as the federal government has grown inexorably over the past 100+ years as funded by the ever-expanding federal income tax.

THREE TRANSFORMATIONAL PRESIDENTS

Woodrow Wilson’s presidency was transformational in that his progressive actions outlined above deviated greatly from the course of maximum freedom and liberty set by the Founders in the US Constitution. He initiated the transformation of the federal government from a benign entity that protected commerce, provided for the national defense, and guaranteed freedom and liberty for American citizens into an administrative state that micromanages virtually all of Americans’ affairs.

The second transformational president was Barack Obama. He actually declared in Columbia, Missouri, on Oct. 30, 2008, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” This was a little-noticed but audacious and revolutionary remark by a presidential candidate that he turned into a reality during his eight years in the Oval Office.

Obama’s transformation was focused on identity politics and a cultural sea-change in matters of sexual orientation, marriage, and family. Ironically, he used a tragic incident (also in Missouri) to accelerate his campaign to divide America along racial lines with his statement blaming race for the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, in 2014. He put identity politics on steroids and laid the foundation for the Black Lives Matter divisiveness and the LGBTQI+ extremism that exists in America today through his executive orders and public advocacy that later became federal mandates in the Biden-Harris regime. In short, Obama’s transformation was pure cultural Marxism and anti-American to the core.

President Trump’s landslide victory was, if anything at all, a rejection of the transformational cultural Marxism brought about by Obama (including through Joe Biden). We are on the cusp of the third and potentially the most consequential transformational president in US history in the person of Donald J. Trump, for it is becoming clear that he is serious about restoring the federal government to its constitutional boundaries while returning America to a merit-based society that protects the freedoms and liberties of individuals, not protected/favored groups. The end of identity politics in Americas cannot come fast enough!

TRUMP’S MADNESS IS ACTUALLY GENIUS

To the great chagrin of the Democrat-media complex, Trump is nominating loyalists unlike during his first presidency. This is a clear indication that he learned his lesson about the folly of selecting Uniparty-approved people as his political appointees, many of whom actively undermined his presidency from the very beginning.

Will any of the people nominated over the past few days be given free reign to set policy in their respective cabinets/agencies without White House concurrence? Highly unlikely, as Trump has selected disciplined senior White House staffers and longtime loyalists such as Steven Miller, Bill McGinley, Dan Scavino, and Susie Wiles to help him implement policy.

For example, Kristi Noem will be the “pretty face” to Congress and the media at the Dept of Homeland Security while the Miller-Tom Homan duo (and other long-time immigration professionals) will clean out the sanctuary cities and handle the deportations, as well as help run the department. As an aside, many people are unaware that Noem has developed a real and valuable political skill for dealing with hostile media and interrogators. They’re about to find that out in spades.

The selection of Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy (with probable input from the über-libertarian Ron Paul) to lead the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE – I love the oxymoronic acronym!) is a brilliant indication of how Trump’s team will operate. DOGE will identify where the cuts will need to be made and will publicly expose resistance in Congress and the administrative state while the cabinet heads will execute the plan in their own agencies. The transparency of the transformation will be cathartic for Americans who pay attention!

The cabinet/agency heads will be at the tip of the spear in downsizing and de-weaponizing their agencies. Most of them have been publicly ridiculed for their support for Trump’s MAGA policies and have directly experienced the weaponization of federal agencies against them and know where some of the bodies are buried. Their actions – and the reactions of the apoplectic Democrat-media complex – will be fun to watch!

CONCLUDING THOUGHTS

It’s the whole of Trump’s team that counts. These people are likeminded Trump loyalists. They’ve been in the trenches and will deliver unity of purpose and action unlike anything the American people have witnessed in any recent presidential administration.

The icing on the cake is that Trump has selected youngish nominees and/or outsiders in leap-frogging over DC fixtures/insiders and Uniparty apparatchiks who are bitter enemies of his plans to downsize and repurpose the federal government: Vance (40), Stefanik (40), Ramaswamy (39), Steven Miller (39), Gabbard (43), Hegseth (44), Zeldin (44), Gaetz (42), and Karoline Leavitt (at 27, the youngest WH press secretary ever!). This was another brilliant strategic move that will capture the attention of Gen X and Z voters and outfox the Democrats who have thought that they “own the kids” for generations.

Now, the rest of us need to pressure the US senate to approve the nominations of these people (and to lay the groundwork for recess appointments, as appropriate) and get Trump’s change agenda jumpstarted. Then, even the Democrats will learn over time that Trump’s method to his supposed “madness” is, in reality, pure genius, as he delivers the most transformational US presidency in the last 100 years.

So shall it be written; so shall it be done!

The end.
