I’m so excited to FINALLY have my interview with Judd Schomp up and ready to watch! We talked about county budgeting and how it should be done versus how his county commission does it. It’s really disturbing to realize that across SD and most likely nationwide, basic budgeting principles are an unknown skill to many we trust to properly manage our tax dollars at any level of government.
