The Dakota War Toilet is throwing a fit over Toby Doeden again. Anybody shocked by this?
The establishment mouthpiece is crying again. Seems “loopholes” as they call them, are only ok when it benefits THEM. Still foaming at the mouth and convulsing over the slaughter they took to their ranks during the primary elections and the TOTAL replacement of leadership in our legislature. They are PISSED.
Dakota First Action and the work of Doeden has helped the conservative movement in this state get rolling and obtain a voice. Doeden is once again under fire for selflessly offering time and MONEY to get Dakota First Action off and running. Never mind that Doeden is a citizen of South Dakota and a successful businessman contributing greatly to his community. Maybe he should have sought out of state donations from individuals, companies and PACs…you know, like establishment RINOs do when dealing with campaign finances.
How about we bring a law forward that bans all of that and limits candidates and state PACs to accepting money from the district in which they live/are established ONLY? That will NEVER happen…the RINOs need those big dollar donors because nobody in the state who are working class citizens can afford to donate more than a few hundred dollars. Pay and job prospects suck. Property taxes through the roof. Citizens fighting and funding horrendous ballot measures and companies who want to steal our land (backed by our Governor and Lt Governor)…but yeah, keep making Doeden the problem.

That a NEW SECTION be added to chapter 12-27:
A candidate or political committee may not accept a loan from a person if the principal of which, or any combination of the principal and contributions made by the person, exceeds the limit to the amount of money that the candidate or political committee may accept as a contribution pursuant to §§ 12-27-7 to 12-27-10, inclusive. Any loan made by a person to a candidate or political committee must be counted toward the amount that the person may contribute, as an individual or entity, to a candidate or political committee pursuant to §§ 12-27-7 to 12-27-10, inclusive.

The weaponization and abuse of authority continues to be the RINO strategy with some State politicians.
State Senator Michael Rohl, along with co-sponsors Senator David Wheeler & Herman Otten, as well as Rep. Tim Reed have pre-filed a bill targeting me personally. These four RINOs are desperate and will do anything to cling to power.
Fact is, millions and millions of dollars flow into our state politics from out-of-state corporations, PACs, and other nefarious origins. This money is spent by compromised establishment politicians to maintain power.
In 2024, people like me and my organization, Dakota First Action, for the first time in decades, has given “we the people” in South Dakota a voice.
I got involved in South Dakota politics to give “we the people” a voice. I got into politics to FIGHT for you and your God given rights.
I’ve personally been targeted by the South Dakota Attorney General’s office on completely fabricated inquiries made-up and referred by the Secretary of State’s office (100% cleared by the way), I’ve been attacked and lied about on social media and news outlets, and now I’m being targeted by state LAWMAKERS who want to change the rules to take away YOUR voice.
The FAKE charges didn’t work, the attacks didn’t work, these made-up campaign finance bills won’t work, nothing will work.
The conservative movement in South Dakota is an unstoppable force and will not be stopped. I am just getting started.
Compromised politicians like Michael Rohl, Herman Otten, David Wheeler, and Tim Reed are irrelevant and they know it. They are the type of people that I will continue replacing every two years.
