The citizens of South Dakota are the tip of the spear when it comes to standing up for what is right. For three years, landowners and community members have locked arms in solidarity to fight two proposed carbon pipeline projects, and they aren’t backing down now.
Sharing this rally from one year ago, which shows that we have been consistent in our ask for our legislators to do three things — 1. Protect our God-given, Constitutionally-protected private property rights. 2. Safeguard our voices and our governance at a local level. 3. No eminent domain for private gain.
We will send that message once again on Jan. 13 at noon in the Capitol Rotunda. Please, make plans to be there, and help spread the word! Let’s fill the rotunda with the voices of the people!
