Since 2020, the South Dakota Canvassing Group has tirelessly pursued election integrity. Our dedicated team has become subject matter experts, recruiting over a hundred committed volunteers—patriots who have adapted and persevered in the search for truth. Together, we’ve worked to elect principled leaders, achieving significant victories this past year with courageous legislators who championed our election reform bills.
Our volunteers are unmatched in their dedication. Their tireless efforts during the recent legislative session laid the groundwork for combating election fraud, advancing our mission for transparent and secure elections. We celebrate their contributions and take immense pride in their role on the front lines of defending our republic.
This scorecard reflects the will of the people. It represents hard-fought battles to pass critical reforms, with many successes to celebrate—yet much work remains. We urge you to closely examine these scores and hold accountable those legislators who fell short. Secure elections are the foundation of our nation, and every effort to protect them must be a top priority. Too many on this list failed to uphold that responsibility. Let them hear your voice.
We extend heartfelt thanks to those legislators who stood on the right side of history. The fight for election integrity continues, and our work is far from over. Together, we press on.
** Senate State Affairs and House State Affairs heard the majority of the election bills, and therefore had many more votes. We thank them for their careful consideration of the bulk of the bills.
