Almost a year ago today, the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition came up on our radar.

A quick review of the South Dakota Advisory Committee revealed big names in business, economic development, and the most notorious RINO’s in the legislature, along with Secretary of State, Monae Johnson.
Johnson lists being nominated to USGLC as an accomplishment highlighted in her press release for re-election campaign.
USGLC claims to keep us safe, save lives, and strengthen economies through “America’s leadership in the world, through smart and effective investments in development and diplomacy, advances our interests at home and abroad.”

The home page proudly displays the faces of their leading voices. Not exactly a list of conservative heroes.

As usual, timing is everything. We started another deep dive into USGLC early this week, and found Data Republican posted an in-depth thread on X investigating none other than USGLC. This thread is a MUST READ.
What We Do
Data Republican reveals USGLC is tied to a network of 400 NGO’s, which are funded in part by the State Department and USAID. If you’ve been following along at all, the NGO network is where the money laundering is at. The Trump administration shut down USAID, which cut the money flow to a lot of the globalist organizations that promote “democracy” but actually follow Marxist ideology.

U.S. Senator Mike Rounds hosted the USGLC Heartland Summit in Mitchell, SD this week. You can watch it HERE. Listen carefully to the words used and the messaging. What key words do you hear? Rounds mentions the need for consistency when supporting foreign nations in reference to cuts in USAID, and that he believes President Trump will reconsider his stance on tariffs.
Recently retired SOUTHCOM Commander General Laura Richardson joined the panel to reinforce the national security benefits of international assistance: “In terms of the aid and the money and the funding that’s been cut, I am very much for review, but not retreat… The resourcing that goes into other countries to help them defend against their threats creates a bubble around us, the United States. It’s in our national security interests.” Gen. Richardson also talks about vaccines, and their importance globally.
Without saying it outright, these people are lamenting the loss of the taxpayer funded USAID gravy train, and the challenges it presents to USGLC as their main source of funding for their soft power and smart power agenda.

As we read through Data Republican’s thread, George Soros and Bill Gates are the biggest backers of USGLC. Top leaders include Hillary Clinton, Google execs, Catholic Relief charity board members, AIPAC directors, Pfizer, Disney, GAVI (Bill Gates Vaccine Alliance) Chemonics (privatized CIAand more on this NGO towards the end of this article). Read the thread and you will see they lobbied congress for a $95B spending bill and the Inflation Reduction Act.
USGLC lobbies for humanitarian aid, refugee resettlement and global health initiatives, all mechanisms for maintaining their soft power worldwide.

Sen. John Thune and Former Governor Dennis Daugaard formally announced the South Dakota chapter or USGLC on March 27, 2024. Announcement found HERE.
SIOUX FALLS, SD – Today, the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) hosted Senator John Thune (R-SD) alongside other South Dakota business and political leaders for an in depth conversation on the importance of America’s role in the world and how it benefits South Dakota. Amid rising global threats to American interests, like spreading conflict and historic humanitarian need, U.S. global engagement that creates opportunity and ensures stability is critically important to South Dakota, with over 900 South Dakota companies exporting billions of dollars’ worth of goods, and about 20% of all jobs in the state tied to trade.
In addition to Senator Thune, the conversation featured remarks from former South Dakota governor Dennis Daugaard, state Senator Liz Larson, Luke Lindberg, President & CEO of South Dakota Trade, Hon. Andrea Thompson, CEO of DSU Applied Research, and Jarrod Gillig, President of Business Operations & Supply Chain, Cargill.
Luke Lindberg, Sen. John Thune’s son-in-law, is a member of USGLC’s Conservative Foreign Policy Study Group.
Look through the list of South Dakota Advisory Committee members. See any familiar names? Who appointed these people and what characteristics are they looking for? We especially would like to know who appointed Monae Johnson and why the South Dakota Secretary of State would need to be a part of a Soros funded global government group? Which NGO’s are they board members for? What global initiatives are they pushing in South Dakota?

What a coincidence…. the Consortium for Elections, National Endowment for Democracy, and International Foundation for Elections. What are the chances these globalists have an interest in the outcome of elections (s-elections)?

Representative Liz May posted an article on her investigations into the USDA and FACA funding of NGO’s such as The Nature Conservancy. The Nature Conservancy just happens to be a Coalition Member of the Diplomatic Circle of the USGLC. The Nature Conservancy is tied to the federal land grab of the Maude family ranch.

Circling back to Chemonics. We have at least one link, and probably several more that we do not know about yet, to South Dakota politics. Here is the original link to these details but will lay them out here as well.

First, read this story about the NDN Collective out of Rapid City, South Dakota…

Did you catch it?
“In the aftermath of that unexplained decision to drop Tilsen’s charges without comment, one of those prosecutors immediately departed Pennington County for a position at Chemonics International, a global biodiversity and sustainability consultancy firm, known colloquially as “the private CIA.” Chemonics is the single largest contractor to USAID, receiving billions in contracts to facilitate “capacity building” in foreign countries. Capacity building in simple language means preparing the country for a color revolution, also known as regime change, or coup.”
NOW…
Chemonics International Inc.
The largest recipient of USAID funds, over $17 billion to date. If you are like me you have probably never even heard of it? I think it is safe to say MOST have not heard of them, but our taxes are certainly going to them.
The founder said that he created it because he wanted his own, personal CIA!
It’s the DEEP STATE slush fund!
Via Wikipedia…Chemonics International Inc. is a private for-profit international development firm based in Washington, D.C. It was established in 1975 by Thurston F. (Tony) Teele as a subsidiary of Erly Industries. The employee-owned company offers a variety of services globally and has been awarded over $17 billion in USAID contracts alone, from 2008 to 2024. As of 2019 the company has approximately 5,000 employees in 100 countries.
Chemonics was established as a subsidiary of Erly Industries in 1975 by Thurston Teele, with support from Gerald D. Murphy, the parent company’s CEO and largest shareholder. According to Murphy, he started Chemonics because “I’ve always wanted a way to do two things: one, have my own C.I.A., and two, be helpful to people.” Teele served as the first president of Chemonics until 2002, when he became chairman of the board of directors.

So Chemonics is tied to the Clintons, tied to Haiti, the Taliban, Podesta (Pizzagate)…
READ THIS THREAD, it is INSANE: https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1887190637721915779.html

The story of USAID and Chemonics is not just about waste or mismanagement, it’s about a systemic racket that funnels billions of taxpayer dollars into private pockets under the guise of “foreign aid.” Haiti’s post-earthquake reconstruction laid bare the entire playbook of disaster capitalism:
•USAID awarded Chemonics multi-billion-dollar contracts, despite a track record of failures, delays, and outright fraud.
•Less than 1% of USAID funds went to Haitian-led organizations, while Chemonics and other Beltway contractors kept the lion’s share.
•From rigged elections to botched aid distribution, USAID and its contractors shaped Haiti’s reconstruction in a way that benefited foreign elites while leaving Haitians in deeper crisis.
The Clintons have played a major role in this racket worldwide.
And this isn’t just Haiti. From Afghanistan to Ukraine, the USAID-Chemonics machine operates the same way, exploiting crises to justify endless contracts while delivering little to nothing. The U.S. foreign aid system isn’t about “helping”, it’s about maintaining control, dependency, and corporate profit.
The next time a disaster strikes and some USG agencies is tasked with swooping in with billions, ask where that money is really going—because history tells us it’s not going to the people who need it most.
Your tax dollars at work.
But wait, there is more!
The number one recipient of USAID, Chemonics, is linked to United Kingdom psychological operations utilized against alleged “disinformation” and much more! Operations that are currently being used on X, which include doxing and threatening folks!

OK…so back to South Dakota links…
This part…
“In the aftermath of that unexplained decision to drop Tilsen’s charges without comment, one of those prosecutors immediately departed Pennington County for a position at Chemonics International, a global biodiversity and sustainability consultancy firm, known colloquially as “the private CIA.” Chemonics is the single largest contractor to USAID, receiving billions in contracts to facilitate “capacity building” in foreign countries. That prosecutor is Mark Vargo…
Most in South Dakota know him BUT…from Wikipedia…Mark Alexander Vargo (born July 29, 1963) is an American lawyer and politician who served as the 32nd Attorney General of South Dakota. In June 2022, he was appointed by Governor Kristi Noem to fill the vacancy created by Jason Ravnsborg’s impeachment and removal from office. He previously served as the State’s Attorney of Pennington County, South Dakota, having left the position in April 2023.

That little note about Vargo prosecuting our former Attorney General…that is Jason Ravnsborg and MANY have questions still about how THAT whole saga unfolded.
Back to Vargo…here is his LinkedIn Profile which also confirms his Chemonics ties:
https://www.linkedin.com/in/mark-vargo-27522211

A South Dakota Searchlight article from January 2025 mentions Vargo returning to state work…
From the article…”Vargo previously served as an assistant U.S. attorney for South Dakota from 1996 to 2011 and as Pennington County state’s attorney from 2013 until 2023, taking a leave of absence to serve temporarily as attorney general. He resigned from the county position shortly after his six-month stint as attorney general to take a 20-month, non-governmental job in Thailand “establishing the rule of law in southeast Asia,” Vargo told the Rapid City Journal upon his resignation.”
If you want to understand what the key words “Rule of Law” mean, follow @MikeBenzCyber on X HERE, HERE, and HERE, or search Mike Benz + Rule of Law.

And another article that confirms Vargo’s departure to Thailand…
“Pennington County State’s Attorney and former interim South Dakota Attorney General Mark Vargo announced he is resigning and taking a job to work on “establishing the rule of law in southeast Asia.” His last day in the office will be April 24. In the week or two following that, he and his wife plan to head for Thailand where Vargo will be based for 20 months. The position is somewhat elusive. Vargo said he can’t share the organization he’ll be working with because of security concerns, but that it’s non-governmental. The purpose of the project, which started in January and will run through December 2024, is to work with governments to “strengthen the purpose of the law,” Vargo said.”

That stint in Thailand is over and Vargo is back in South Dakota with an appointment by AG Marty Jackley. Here is the announcement from Jackley:
https://news.sd.gov/news?id=news_kb_article_view…
PIERRE, S.D. – South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announces that he has appointed former Attorney General Mark Vargo to serve as the attorney representing the South Dakota Law Enforcement Officers Standards and Training Commission.
The South Dakota Law Enforcement Officers Standards and Training Commission is a commission in the Office of the Attorney General that sets minimum standards and training requirements for law enforcement officers in South Dakota. The 13-member commission also hears and decides hearings involving law enforcement certification.
“Former Attorney General Vargo understands the importance of law enforcement certification when it comes to protecting the public,” said Attorney General Jackley. “Law enforcement that the public can trust is vital, and former Attorney General Vargo will provide the advice for the commission to make informed decisions.”
After having served as both an assistant U.S. Attorney for South Dakota and as Pennington County State’s Attorney, Vargo was named South Dakota Attorney General by Gov. Kristi Noem on June 28, 2022. He served until Attorney General Jackley, who was elected to the post in the November 2022 election, took office in January, 2023.
Attorney General Jackley appointed former Attorney General Vargo as an Assistant Attorney General to work on training and special prosecutions. The appointment was made official Dec. 31, 2024.
Here is Mark Vargo’s BIO:
https://www.congress.gov/…/HHRG-117-IF14-Bio-VargoM…
Another interesting article on his involvement with “missing indigenous people”…
https://brookingsregister.com/…/south-dakota-attorney…

RAPID CITY — Attorney General Mark Vargo has created a council to advise him on missing and murdered indigenous people.
The Rapid City Journal reported Wednesday that a disproportionate percentage of missing people in South Dakota are indigenous. They make up only 9% of the state’s population but 60% of people listed on the state’s missing person’s clearinghouse.
The council consists of advocates, prosecutors and law enforcement representatives for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, tribal and state agencies as well as state lawmakers.
OK…that is it FOR NOW, because there is certainly MORE to this that what is captured here…
What was Mark Vargo doing in Thailand working for Chemonics International Inc, the largest USAID recipient of taxpayer dollars totally more than $17B, who from their founding admit being a CIA front of some sorts, who are involved with some REALLY BAD NEWS events and people like the Clinton’s, Haiti scandal, Taliban, Podesta (SEE PIZZAGATE)…
Here is a brief timeline:
• 1992: Vargo moved to South Dakota and became an assistant state’s attorney for Pennington County.
• 1996 – 2011: Served as an assistant United States attorney for South Dakota.
• 2013 – 2022: Appointed as Pennington County State’s Attorney. During this period, he was also involved in various community roles including serving as an adjunct professor and youth coach.

• January 2025: Appointed by Attorney General Marty Jackley to serve as the attorney representing the South Dakota Law Enforcement Officers Standards and Training Commission.
ALL SPECULATION AND ALLEGEDLY OF COURSE!
The Trump administration’s cuts to USAID will significantly disrupt USGLC’s operations, advocacy, and strategic goals (including Chemonics!). The loss of USAID undermines USGLC’s ability to promote U.S. leadership through diplomacy and development, reducing its influence and the soft power it champions. Financially, while USGLC may not directly rely on government grants, the absence of USAID could deter private sector partners and force a strategic pivot. Politically, the cuts challenge USGLC’s bipartisan coalition, especially as Republican members face pressure to align with Trump’s America First agenda. However, USGLC might find opportunities to adapt by intensifying advocacy, shifting to private sector-led initiatives, or rallying public support to restore U.S. global engagement. The stakes are high, as the cuts threaten the very foundation of USGLC’s mission to build a “better, safer world” through smart power.
